Following the appointment of Gen Jenkins as head of UK Particular Forces in Afghanistan, in April 2011, the suspected executions of unarmed Afghan individuals continued. Again in London, senior particular forces officers had begun to maintain a tally of suspicious incidents. However at no level did anybody in particular forces management, together with Gen Jenkins and Gen Web page, refer the matter to navy police.
