On the second day of Azerbaijan’s so-called “anti-terrorist” operation in Nagorno-Karabakh, each Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to a ceasefire. Russia says its peacekeepers who’ve been evacuating residents from Karabakh, will assist implement the ceasefire.
