Two years after their energy takeover in Afghanistan, the Taliban continues its crackdown on Afghan ladies’s rights. In current weeks, the Islamist regime has banned ladies from public parks and stopped dozens from going overseas on scholarships. Human Rights Watch’s Heather Barr says these selections make it look like the Taliban is partaking in acts of “intentional cruelty” to Afghan ladies.
