A specifically curated all-vegetarian unfold was organized for the world leaders and delegates who arrived for a G20 dinner hosted by President Droupadi Murmu this night.
Dignitaries have been handled to the delectable gourmand fare on the state-of-the-art Bharat Mandapam, the venue for the 18th G20 Leaders’ Summit at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan.
The menu started with a brief introduction to India’s range and the way the folks of the nation are linked by “style”.

For starters, visitors have been served paatram, described as “a breath of contemporary air”. The dish comprised foxtail millet leaf crisps topped with yoghurt sphere and spiced chutney.
The principle course had vanavarnam (‘power from the soil’), which is jackfruit galette served with glazed forest mushrooms, little millet crisp, and curry leaf-tossed Kerala crimson rice
Bread, together with Mumbai pao, or onion seed-flavoured tender bun, bakarkhani, or cardamom-flavoured candy flatbread, was served.
Madhurima (‘pot of gold’), or a Cardamom-scented Barnyard millet pudding, fig-peach compote, and Ambemohar rice crisps, was served as dessert.
Drinks included Kashmiri kahwa, filter espresso, and Darjeeling tea. On the finish of the meal, dignitaries have been handled to paan-flavoured chocolate leaves.
